As crazy as it sounds, we should run immediately to God after we sin. Enjoy God’s love and grace. Don’t distance yourself from God if you sin. It’s always going to be a habit, but God isn’t exactly surprised. He loves you regardless. Enjoy His love, spend time in His presence no matter your circumstances are. To your surprise, you will probably sin less. Look to the SAVIOUR not the sin.

There is nothing wrong with brokenness. I think that in that brokenness we meet ourselves in a magnificent way. Where there is brokenness there is healing, God comes and puts all these pieces back together so wonderfully. Our hearts and souls are renewed in an astounding way. And seeing all the bits and pieces of who we were and then seeing the wholeness God created in us we find something so beautiful. And that’s what life boils down to, the healing coming when all else fails. The progress is worth the struggle.

I’m a hypocrite and I’m a sinner. I’m a broken mess, and I’m unworthy. I am nothing.  But the beauty of it, is that God takes me as I am. He takes every broken piece, every hideous flaw, and turns me into something beautiful that He can use for His glory.  He makes me new and gives me purpose.  Create in me a clean heart, oh God, and renew a right spirit within me.
